Rules Of Play 

Please read the rules of play before attending our site 

Please make sure that you and your children follow the rules below. By doing so, you help us to provide a clean and safe environment for children, parents, and members of staff.

  1. All children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. Do not leave your child unattended on the stairs when climbing both up and down.

  2. Please encourage gentle play to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all children. 

  3. Each play session is restricted to 90 minutes, however the final 10 minutes will be used as a tidy up time. 

  4. Shoes must be worn in the role play area for adults and children. 

  5. Please remove all shoes before entering the sensory room and place them in the cabinets provided for both adults and children. Socks or tights must also be worn at all times.

  6. Please note the sensory room toys are not attached to the wall and children must be supervised when playing with these. 

  7. To ensure the best sensory experience for your children we have different lighting and other things in the sensory room. These may sometimes have wires on show - you must ensure your children do not play with these.

  8. Our play structure is designed for kids under 8 years old and pods are purpose built for children, accompanying adults please be aware that the doorways are lower than you would expect so mind your heads as you walk in and out of each building.

  9. Tickets are non-refundable. However, should you wish to change a booked session, you can do so via your confirmation email, or by emailing us 24 hours before your session is due to start.

  10. Please note that outside food or drink are not permitted except baby food and water bottles. No food or drinks are allowed in the play areas.

  11. All play area equipment is maintained, checked, and cleaned by our team on a daily basis, so please use them gently to prevent them from any damages or unremovable stains.

  12. Please report any accidents, concerns, or issues to the staff immediately.

  13. Please follow any additional instructions or guidelines provided by the staff.

  14. Please refrain from bringing any sharp objects, toys with small parts, or hazardous materials into the play areas.

  15. We reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who do not comply with the play area rules or pose a risk to themselves or others.

  16. Although we try our best to avoid allergens and dietary requirements we can't guarantee 100% that cross contamination won't occur. Please be mindful of this when ordering food items if you have a dietary requirement. 

  17. Any allergies must be added onto booking information before attending any visit - please ensure you let a member of the team know if anyone in your party has any allergies.
